Study on Implementation and Enforcement of Restrictions under Title VIII and Annex XVII to REACH in the Member States
Milieu Ltd has been appointed by the Commission to conduct a study to review implementation and enforcement of a number of selected restrictions under REACH Annex XVII in the Members States. This list of restrictions includes the entry 27 (Nickel – the use of nickel or nickel compounds in articles intended to come into contact with the skin, such as jewellery, buttons and other items on clothing, is prohibited).
